Terms of Service

By purchasing from ToonLibrary you agree to these terms. We provide digital content for personal and commercial creator use as described in the license below.

Accounts and Access

Your purchase is tied to the email you provide at checkout. You can re-download your files from My Library at any time. Sharing login details or download links with others is not allowed.

Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our payment partners. We never store your full card details.

Acceptable Use

You may edit, remix and publish the content. You may not resell, redistribute or claim the original files as your own creation.

Service Availability

We aim for 100% uptime on downloads. Planned maintenance will be announced on WhatsApp where possible.

Refund Policy

Digital products are generally non refundable once downloaded, because access is instant. We do refund when:

  • The files are corrupted or do not match the product description and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • The payment succeeded but files were never delivered and support could not resolve it.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase via WhatsApp or email with your order email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Custom studio videos follow a milestone based refund rule: full refund before production starts, proportional refund during production, no refund after final delivery.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to serve you: name, email, WhatsApp number, payment reference and your purchase history. We never sell your data.

  • Payments: handled by PCI compliant providers. We receive only status and reference IDs.
  • Cookies: we use essential cookies for cart, wishlist and login. No third party ad trackers.
  • Messages: if you contact support, we keep the conversation to resolve your issue.
  • Your rights: you can request deletion of your data by messaging support. We comply within 30 days.

Content License

Every purchase includes a non exclusive, perpetual license for the buyer with these rights:

Allowed

  • Use on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
  • Monetize videos that include the content.
  • Edit, cut, translate and add your own voiceover.
  • Use in client projects when you provide services (commercial use).

Not Allowed

  • Reselling or redistributing the original files.
  • Listing the files on stock or resale marketplaces.
  • Claiming the original files as your own creation without editing.
  • Using the content in illegal, hateful or defamatory material.

Custom studio work transfers full ownership of the final delivered video to you after payment. Source project files remain ours unless agreed otherwise in writing.
